Shipping: 

Always free shipping to anywhere in the lower 48 states.

Returns/Refunds: 40 Days

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item needs to be in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

To initiate the Refund Send an email to info@slopperstopper.com with your Order ID and request for a Return Label. We will email you a return label.

We will deduct the cost of the return label $10.00 from your return for single unit items and $12.00 for multiple items returned when we process your return.

Remember we also sent you the order with free shipping originally and we are eating that cost and that original free shipping label and return label cost somewhere between $11.00 - $18.00 dollars depending on your location.

Exchange Policy: Wrong Breed Size Ordered

Thank you for contacting us about wanting to exchange your Breed Size Unit. All the Breed Size Lids fit the same 1 Gallon Bowls. You already have the bowl now.

Our policy on this since we already sent you the item with free shipping and shipping costs would far outweigh any benefit to shipping the old lid or unit to us is that we offer you a new correct sized Lid Only Item for a discounted price of $10.00 and that also comes with free shipping, normal cost is $20.00.

This way you actually end up with two Lids out of the deal in case you ever want to try the initial lid later on.  

To proceed with this offer:

  1. Send an email to info@slopperstopper.com and request an exchange offer for the correct sized Breed Size Lid you want.
  2. Include your original order #
  3. We will send you an email invoice for the $10.00 to pay online and the new correct breed size Lid that you want will ship from one of Amazon Fulfillment centers closet to you and you will get quickly.

If you ordered a 1 Gallon Unit and need the 1.25 Quart XSM Small Breeds Unit follow the return instructions below and you will have to order the XSM Small Breeds.

Defective Product
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Send an email to info@slopperstopper.com explaining the damage and we will email you a return label and send you a new unit after receiving the defective unit.
